Are you ready to make the most mouth watering snack balls ever! Then throw your hand up to have a go at this ripper.
What You Will Need
- 2 x Tsp Superberry Acai Powder
- 1 Cup of Frozen Organic Blueberries
- 1 x 1 Tblsp Coconut Oil
- 3 x Cups of Almond Meal
- 3 x Cups of Desicated Cconut
- 1.5 Cups of Dates (soaked)
- 1 x Tblsp Honey
- 1 x Tblsp Chia Seeds
- 2 x Tblsp Cacao Powder
Method: Add 1 Cup Almond Meal, and 1 Cup Desicated Coconut with all ingredients into the blender, until it looks like a semi solid paste. Don’t put all the almond meal in straight way add ONLY to thicken if mixture is to watery.
Once blended place some desicated coconut oil onto a flat board and using small amounts of the mixture roll into balls coating with the desicated coconut.
